Traditional Scandinavian Sin Moo Hapkido Association
summer seminar on July 26-28.

All 17 Association clubs attended the seminar. Besides colleagues from Germany, Latvia and Ukraine came to take part.

Trainings were lead by Walter Hubman , 8 dan, (Austria), Herman Mochalin , 6 dan, (Latvia), Dmitry Ragunovich , 4 dan (Belorussia), Teemu Lundgren 3.dan (Finland), Holger Wipfler 2.dan (Germany). Seminar had a wide program; its organizers required teaching those techniques that are not included in the basic Hapkido program, because the seminar was attended by many instructors of Scandinavian Association, who are first of all interested in new technical approach and a wider range of Hapkido techniques.

The seminar included trainings on methodical learning of punches and localization combination techniques (Walter Hubman), different level defense against basic Hapkido throws and counterattacks against throws, use of legs for localization in parter (Herman Mochalin), grabbing methods against punches (Dmitry Ragunovich). Trainings were provided simultaneously in different groups according to the level of participants.

Besides Hapkido the seminar included Kombatan trainings. Walter Hubman showed solo baston, espada y daga and bankaw techniques whilst Herman Mochalin gave mano-mano training.
